Business license for LLC

July 08, 2011 Asked by TITUS KING

question:

Do I need a business license for a LLC?

July 12, 2011 Answered by Robert Kowalski

answer:

Titus,

Depending on the state of formation your LLC might be required to obtain a Business License or some equivalent (also called State ID etc). Examples of states that require all or most LLC to obtain a business license or state ID are Nevada, Minnesota, Washington and a few others.

Good luck with your business,
