What's the difference between incorporated and corporation. I am opening a labor company what should I get?
Corporation is a type of legal entity, and when a business is organized (registered) as a corporation it is common to say that the business "was incorporated" under the laws of the state (jurisdiction) where it was organized.
Corporations use the words "Incorporated", "Corporation" and a few others, as well as abbreviations of those words (such as "Inc." or "Corp"), as part of the name, usually at the very end.
